How to Vote-By-Mail

If you would like to vote-by-mail, visit the Mail-in and Absentee Ballot Page on the pa.gov website. This page provides several ways you can apply for a vote-by-mail ballot or emergency absentee ballot.

You can also find more information about vote-by-mail and absentee ballots on the Delaware County Mail/Absentee Ballots Page.

Remember: The last day to request a mail-in or absentee ballot is Oct. 28, 2025

Where Can I Register to Vote in PA?

There are 4 ways you can register to vote or update your voter registration in PA:

  • Online
  • By mail
  • In person at your county election office
  • At PennDOT DMV and many other government agencies

Please check the Pennsylvania State Register to Vote Page for more information about voter registration, including a list of government offices where you can register in-person.

You can also call the PA Department of State at 1.877.VOTESPA (1.877.868.3772) if you have specific questions about voter registration.
