Margie Sullivan-Rogowski
for Councilwoman, District 2

Margie Sullivan-Rogowski is a lifelong Delaware County resident and proud mother of two and grandmother of three. With 40 years in Middletown Township, she serves as Republican Committee Woman for District 2, Precinct 3, where she’s built strong neighbor connections and championed our community’s values.
A registered nurse and healthcare informaticist, Margie combines compassion with analytical insight to address local needs—improving elder care, supporting youth programs, and optimizing government efficiency. Her healthcare experience gives her a clear perspective on families’ and seniors’ priorities, while her IT expertise drives innovative solutions for township services. She’s known for practical, solutions-oriented leadership and years of hands-on community service.

Harry Postles
for Township Council, Ward 4-2

Harry Postles has called Middletown Township home for 44 years. A Penn State Industrial Engineering graduate with an MBA from Widener, he spent 41 years in IT—15 of them leading global contract management, where he sharpened his skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and efficient leadership.
As a committed public servant, Harry spent 24 years as Judge of Elections for Ward 4-2, ensuring fair, transparent voting, and four years on the Rose Tree Media School Board, championing quality education and fiscal responsibility. Married for 43 years and father to two daughters, whom are both nurses, he combines analytical rigor with a resident-first perspective. Harry’s candidacy brings proven accountability, practical solutions, and data-driven insight to Township Council.

Jeff Koenig
for Township Council, At-Large
“A Lifetime of Service to Middletown Township”
Jeff Koenig has called Middletown Township home since childhood—growing up on Dartmouth Circle and raising his family in Old Mill Pointe since 1998. A Penncrest High alum with degrees from Elizabethtown College and Widener University, he’s spent 30 years as a Sales Manager at a Fortune 200 company, mastering leadership, budgeting, and team building.
Jeff’s decades of volunteer service span the Parks & Recreation Board, Zoning & Planning Committee, Rose Tree Media School Board (as Board President, Director of Operations, and Student Services), Old Mill Pointe HOA Treasurer, and Aston Middletown Little League director roles. Known for collaboration and getting things done, he brings practical problem-solving and a genuine understanding of township needs to every meeting. Jeff is committed to preserving our community’s character while ensuring smart growth and strong public services.

Mike Johnson
for Magisterial District Judge
“Proven Leadership, Principled Justice”
Mike Johnson brings over 40 years of public safety experience and unwavering integrity to his candidacy for Municipal Judge. He retired as a Patrol Sergeant after 27 years with the Marple Township Police Department, overseeing officers, special operations, and training initiatives. He now serves as Assistant Fire Chief and EMS Manager at Rocky Run Fire Company and as Deputy Fire Marshal for Middletown Township, leading fire investigations, life-safety assessments, and emergency response coordination.
His roles as Fire Chief of Glenolden Fire Company and Public Safety Manager at Lankenau Medical Center sharpened his crisis-management skills. A graduate in Fire Science Technology and Administration of Justice with advanced FBI executive training, Mike has earned Life-Saving Awards and statewide commendations. Married for 31 years and father of nine—three adopted, two with special needs—he’s coached youth soccer and championed community resilience. Now, Mike is ready to bring principled justice and community trust to the bench.

Lou Marcozzi
for Constable
“Keeping Middletown Township Safe and Secure”
Lou Marcozzi has served Middletown Township since 2003, when he and his wife settled here and purchased the beloved Wayside Market. Appointed Pennsylvania State Constable in 2007, Lou has built 18 years of trusted service—earning endorsements from judges and law enforcement peers. He volunteered five years as a firefighter and was honored as Firefighter of the Year.
As President of the Pennsylvania State Constables Association, Lou champions training in firearms, de-escalation, defensive tactics, courtroom procedure, and prisoner transport. You’ll often find him at community events or behind the market counter with his ten children. Lou continues his daily duties at Lima District Court for Judge Strohl, committed to upholding public safety and community trust.
