Lou Marcozzi
Lou Marcozzi became a proud member of the Middletown community in 2003, when he moved with his wife and children and purchased the beloved Wayside Market. In 2007, he stepped up to serve his neighbors by becoming a Pennsylvania State Constable.
A dedicated public servant, Lou also served as a volunteer firefighter for five years — earning the distinction of Firefighter of the Year during his service. With over 18 years of experience as a constable, Lou is now one of the most trusted and respected officers in the county, endorsed by numerous judges and law enforcement professionals.
Lou has completed extensive and ongoing training, including firearms certification, de-escalation techniques, defensive tactics, courtroom procedure, and prisoner transport. He currently serves as the President of the Pennsylvania State Constables Association, a role that reflects his leadership and deep commitment to excellence in the field.
You’ll often find Lou at local community events or behind the counter at Wayside Market on Friday nights — working alongside his wife and several of their ten children. When he’s not serving the community directly, he’s proudly carrying out his duties at Lima District Court for Judge Strohl.
Re-Elect Lou Marcozzi for Constable — Experience. Dedication. Community.
